Yes, you will be able to access information about your accounts anytime-24 hours a day-7 days a week.

Can I make a deposit to my account from an off-site location?

Yes! Deposits can be made to your account off-site by using ATM machines, ACH credits, direct deposits, wire transfers and internal bank transfers.

Withdrawals can also be made by using ATM machines, ACH debits, wire transfers and internal bank transfers.

 


 

What identification do I need to open a checking or savings account?

A valid Illinois driver’s license or government issued photo id and your social security number.

How old do I need to be to open a checking or savings account?

18 is the minimum age to open an individual account.

Custodial accounts may be opened at an earlier age. Contact a retail sales associate with any questions regarding opening a new account with us.

 


 

How can I reorder my checks?

Re-ordering checks is easier than ever! Our staff will be happy to help you with your next check re-order come in and see us at our office locations or call us at 815-321-5000. Your order form can also be mailed in for your next check re-order.

 


 

What should I do if my checkbook is lost or stolen?

If you find that your checkbook is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately either by
stopping in at our office location, or by calling us at 815-321-5000.

 


 

How do I set up my payroll check or social security check for direct deposit?

Payroll checks and social security checks can be made easily available for direct deposit through our webpage section titled “Switch Kits” or directly through the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213.

For Veteran’s benefits, call 1-800-827-1000.

For employee direct deposits, please contact your human resource/payroll Department for your employer instructions.
